Murphy saddled four winners in the period. Lon Chaney won at Ffos Las on Monday 16 March in a four-runner contest. Trust House took the spoils at Market Rasen on Sunday 15 March from six runners. Doctor Ken won at Kempton on Saturday 14 March with eight runners competing. Mister Ursus finished first at Fakenham on Friday 13 March in a five-runner field.

The trainer also recorded multiple placed efforts.
